Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging where possible. Vintage or one-of-a-kind items may have a shorter return window; we will confirm at the time of order.
Return Conditions
Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must not be damaged, altered, or used in a way that affects their resale value. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Return Process
Contact us first with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as described below.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised items, and certain vintage or fragile items, may not be returnable. We will inform you before you complete your order if an item is non-returnable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may be subject to different refund rules, which we will communicate at the time of purchase.
